Our Journey

Monarch Labour Group was founded in March 2022 by Brayden Franker and Jason Giles, driven by a shared vision to redefine excellence in the Mining and Construction industries. The name "Monarch" was chosen with purpose—it symbolises strength, leadership, and the ambition to leave a lasting legacy as industry leaders.

With over 15 years of combined experience, Brayden and Jason bring a unique blend of expertise to the table. Jason's background lies in surface mining, specializing in belt splicing and conveyor systems, while Brayden’s expertise is in Occupational Health and Safety and Project Management. Together, they’ve worked on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale conveyor belt replacements to high-rise construction, always emphasising safety, quality, and efficiency.

What truly sets Monarch Labour Group apart is the culture Brayden and Jason have cultivated. At the heart of their business is a commitment to creating the safest and most supportive work environments for their teams. Director

Jason Giles is a seasoned professional in the Mining industry, specializing in surface mining, belt splicing, and conveyor systems. With extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale conveyor belt replacements and other critical mining operations, Jason brings unparalleled technical expertise and problem-solving skills to Monarch Labour Group. His passion for operational excellence and his ability to foster strong client and team relationships have been integral to the company’s success. Jason is driven by a commitment to quality and safety, ensuring every project is executed with precision and care.
